Return And Refund Policy

True Seller Accepts Genuine Requests For Returns From Buyers Subject To Conditions.

  • Refund And Return are purely guided by the principles of Genuineness of the reason(s) which are proved beyond doubt after due investigation.
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
  • International shipments will not be exchanged or replaced.
  • Quality Assurance Practices are in place to ensure that you receive the order safe and secure and in a good condition.

RETURN POLICY :

RETURN MUST BE INITIATED BY THE CUSTOMER WITHIN TWO DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT (INCLUDING THE DAY OF DELIVERY) AFTER WHICH THE RETURN REQUESTS MAY NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

Acceptable Reasons For Return and Refund :

1. Different Product :

In case the product is different from what you had ordered (Please cross-check with the product code and the product) True Seller shall take back the product and initiate refund after it has been received by us in its original and unused condition.

Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send the product back to us. Please ensure product is returned to us in the condition you received it in. True Seller must receive the returned product with Proper Packaging, Design Number, with Our Tags & Customer Information with Order Number. Please pack it properly and securely.

After receiving an intimation from True Seller on your e mail you can send the product back to us.

Once you return the product please intimate us with courier details and the consignment tracking number on e mail.

2. Damaged Packet / Product :

If the product is in damaged condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the package and return the package to the delivery person / courier. Take down his name and the courier service.

Intimate us the details by calling on +919900362195 and email us at trueseller.webstore@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID and provide us with the details.

True Seller shall ensure that either a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost or refund initiated. This will happen after the product has been received by us in original and unused condition.

Please do not handle the product.

CAUTION :

However, there could be instances where damage / tampering of the packet might take place during transit.

DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKETS.

TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS OF SUCH PACKET(S) AND SEND THEM TO US.

We shall ensure that a replacement is issued to you with no additional cost or refund is initiated for reasons of out of stock etc.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  • Any product that exhibits infliction of physical damage to the packet / box or to the product.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail packet / box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  • Any product without a valid, readable, tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
  • Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
  • In case of garments and other art works there might be some difference between the color and hues appearing on your devices and the actual color and hues. This is because of the technological differences in the display units of different electronic devices, their resolution, settings, capabilities etc. However, we try our level best to eliminate this to the extent possible or keep it to the minimum but at times it is not within our control. This difference is considered as normal and shall not be eligible for return.
  • There might be a negligible difference in design of "Hand Embroidered" garments and other "Handicraft Products". This is natural and unavoidable since it is not a mechanised process. This reason shall not qualify for return and / or refund.
  • Garments which have been Washed, Used, Ironed, Lengths and / or Sizes Customized / Altered will not qualify for return.
  • The above applies to all wearables, accessories etc.
  • Do not use or tamper with any product in any way otherwise refund will not be initiated.

REFUND POLICY :

Refund shall be initiated quickly only upon completion of Return Process which includes, among others, receipt of the shipped product and its satisfactory examination for genuineness, quality and originality etc. at our end.

Currently we are accepting and shipping orders within India only.

True Seller reserves the right to cancel any order and initiate refund without assigning any reason and liability.
